OSHKOSH, WI—(WISS)—The Spring Primary Election is Tuesday, February 17th. In Oshkosh and Winnebago County, voters will decide three primaries.

In Winnebago County, the race for District 14 Supervisor sees challenges to incumbent Thomas Swan by Former Winnebago County executive Jon Doemel and Richard Norenberg. Only two candidates will proceed to the April Election.

In the race for the Oshkosh Area School District Board of Education, Incumbent Barbara Herzog, Paul Molitor, Mallory Schneider Birschbach, Jefferey Adam Watts, and Jacob Wolf are running for two seats. The primary will reduce that field of candidates to four.

Finally, the Oshkosh Common Council sees eight candidates running for three seats. Incumbent Jacob Amos, who was appointed to fill Kris Larson’s vacant seat in November, faces challenges from Paul Esslinger, Eric Gumz, Logan Jungbacker, Alec Lefeber, Dan Lenz, Tim Neubauer, and Meredith Scheuermann. Six of those candidates will advance to the April Election.

The City of Oshkosh recently changed the polling locations for some districts.
