Dodgeville traffic stop results in two drug-related arrests

An Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon around 4:20 PM on a vehicle on County Road YZ near the intersection of North Bequette Street in the City of Dodgeville.
Subsequent to an investigation, the operator, Nicholas L Friederich, age 40, was arrested for: Manufacturing and Delivering Amphetamine, Possession of Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Deliver THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture and Store Methamphetamine, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating with a Controlled Substance, second offense.
The passenger, Renee L Spurley, age 41, was arrested for: Felony Bail Jumping, Possession of Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Amphetamine, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture and Store Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Possession with Intent to Deliver THC.
Both subjects were transported to the Iowa County Jail where they were booked on their charges.
