Winter rules for parking are in effect for both Racine and Kenosha. Alternate side parking runs through the spring in both places in an effort to help plows clear winter streets.
The cities handle things a bit differently. In Kenosha, park on the odd side from 1 to 6 a.m. on odd dates and the even side on even dates through March.
Racine runs a similar odd-even setup from 2 to 6 a.m. The change in Racine is that now all days of the week are involved.
